I marinated the steak in a McCormick Baja Citrus with a half a pack of garlic peppercorn, 4 tbls vinegar, and oil.
Then cook to taste on the grill.

The shrimp (pre-cooked salad shrimp) was 'fried' in a mixture of Tony's original and blackening seasoning, with lemon juice and extra olive oil.
